Q: Who is FutonFurniture.com?
A: FutonFurniture.com is a high end retailer of contemporary furniture and specialize in futon products. We are a high volume dealer and buy in large quantities for the lowest costs.. We've seen it all... and choose to sell only the best. Located in Moline, IL we offer our products both online and at a local store level as well and have been doing so for over 15 years.
Q: I received 2 out of 4 boxes in my shipment today. Are the other boxes lost?
A: No. Most often with multiple package shipments some of the boxes will arrive the first day and the rest of the boxes will show up over the next couple of days. This is very common and isn't something to be concerned about.
Q: How are the products shipped and how long to receive them?
A: We use regular UPS/FedEx/DHL for most products. August Lotz futon frames and innerspring mattresses are shipped via standard truck lines and you'll receive them in 7-10 business days. LifeStyle Solutions frames are shipped direct from the manufacturer via standard truck lines and you'll receive them in 10-14 business days. Regular futon covers are shipped UPS/FedEx and generally are received within 10 business days. Special order covers are shipped direct from the manufacture and can take up to 21 business days. Oak/Maple/Bamboo Platform beds ship UPS direct from the manufacturer, and generally arrive in 2-3 weeks. Import Platform beds ship direct form the manufacturer and you'll receive them in 10-14 business days.
Q: What if I have freight damage?
A: Our shipping cartons are specially designed for the rigors of cross country shipping. That means the chance of damage is very minimal. However, if after inspecting your shipment you discover you have damage we require that you note on the document that the driver has you sign that you received the shipment damaged. You may accept the products from the shipping company even if they appear damaged but it must be noted on the document you sign that there was damage. This will allow us to send you a replacement part at no cost to you and allows us to immediately work on getting your replacement out. You do not have to file a freight claim with anyone.

If you do not inspect your boxes and sign for your product without noting damage and discover damage, you will need to contact the shipping company as soon as possible and inform them of the damage. Contact us after this and let us know what has happened and we will do everything we can to assist you .
Q: What if something on my futon frame breaks?
A: Many of our futon frame products come with a limited lifetime warranty. Before we can determine if an issue is covered under warranty we require digital images of the issue be emailed to us so that these can be submitted to the manufacturer of your futon for inspection. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials and if it is determined to be a defect a part will be provided at no cost to you in the first year. After the first year, warranty replacement parts are prorated over the next four years. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of warranty replacement items.

If your futon frame became damaged from being operated incorrectly (which will result in damage to the seat and or back section sides) or misuse this is not an issue covered under warranty. Customers can still obtain replacement parts but will be responsible for the cost of the replacement parts and shipping charges.
Q: Can you ship Internationally?
A: Sorry, we only ship within the 48 continental United States.
Q: Do you have a brochure you can send?
A: Sorry, our brochure is our website.
Q: Can you send swatches of the cover material?
A: Yes, some fabrics are available and we are working on more. There is a $5 fee per swatch. Fee is nonrefundable. Swatches are cut and sent out within 5 working days. You may order swatches directly from our cover galleries.
Q: Do you have any other styles available?
A. Currently we show all available models but are always working on adding more. Check back to FutonFurniture.com for newer updates from our manufacturers.
